At Primodan, we design and manufacture cheese production equipment for dairies worldwide. Our range covers individual cheese machines and integrated production solutions, with equipment selected around the cheese type, production process and required capacity.

Our white cheese equipment includes solutions for UF white cheese production, GDL and salt mixing, and filling into cups, tins and buckets. The configuration depends on the production method and packaging format.

For hard and semi-hard cheeses, our yellow cheese equipment includes the CurdMaster for curd production, OPD PrePress for draining, pre-pressing and cutting, and GADAN brining trays. These technologies support different stages of industrial cheese manufacturing.

When planning a cheese processing plant or upgrading an existing line, the equipment needs to match both the product and the surrounding production setup. We work with customers to define the scope, from specific processing stages to integrated cheese production solutions.
