We are currently carrying out a major PLC automation upgrade on one of our older APV cheese lines from 2005.
The original Siemens OP27 operator panel is being replaced with modern touch panels, new PLC hardware, updated setpoints, improved visualization, and a much better process overview.

This is not only a hardware update. It is a step forward in bringing the latest process improvements into a well-running cheese plant, making daily operation easier, more transparent, and more efficient.
